Bank Transfer Payment Instructions

This article guides you on how to use  Bank Transfer  through a payment gateway. This method is suitable for users who have a bank account in Japan and want to make payments in a traditional way.

What is a bank transfer?

Bank transfer  is a method where you transfer money directly from your bank account to the account provided by the system for your order. After creating a payment request, you will receive complete transfer information such as bank name, branch, account number, recipient's name, and the amount to be transferred.

This method doesn't require a credit card or payment at a convenience store, but it may take time for the system to process and confirm the payment.

When should you use a bank transfer?

You should choose Bank Transfer if you have a domestic bank account in Japan, want to pay a large amount, or find it inconvenient to use a card. Some users also prefer bank transfers because it's easier to keep transaction records.

Steps for making a Bank Transfer payment

Step 1:  On the checkout page, select the  Bank Transfer method  and confirm creating the payment request.

Step 2:  After creating the request, the system will display the transfer information. You should save or take a screenshot of this information for use when transferring money.

Step 3:  Make the transfer from your banking app, Internet Banking, ATM, or at a bank counter. Enter the exact amount and recipient information. If a reference code or transfer description is required, enter it correctly as instructed.

Step 4:  After the transfer, the payment status will be "  Processing"  until the system completes the reconciliation.

Step 5:  Once reconciliation is successful, the order status will be updated to  Paid .

Processing time and payment status

Bank transfer confirmation times depend on the bank and the time of the transfer. If the transfer is made during business hours, the status is usually updated faster. Transfers outside of business hours or on holidays may result in slower confirmation.

Important notes

Always double-check the amount, account number, bank name, and branch before confirming the transfer. Entering incorrect information or missing the verification code may prevent the system from automatically verifying the transaction.

You should keep the receipt or a screenshot of the transaction until the payment status is confirmed as complete.

Common scenarios

If you have already transferred the money but the status is still "Processing," please wait a little longer for the bank and system to complete the reconciliation.

If you transfer the wrong amount or with the wrong transaction details, please contact customer support and provide transaction information for assistance.

Summary

Bank transfer is a safe and familiar payment method in Japan. Simply follow the instructions, enter the correct information, and patiently wait for system confirmation, and you can complete the payment smoothly.
